The general terms and conditions apply to the online store www.hoplales.si and are created in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2). The online store www.hoplales.si is operated by the company DEEO, Oblikovanje, d.o.o. (hereinafter "the provider"). The user is the person who uses our online store (hereinafter "the customer"). The general terms and conditions define the operation of the online store, the rights of the user, and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

Availability of information

The provider undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:

  • Identity of the company (company name and registered office, registration number),
  • Contact details that allow the user to communicate quickly and effectively (email, phone),
  • Essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and warranties),
  • Availability of items (each item or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time; if unavailable, we will notify you),
  • Delivery conditions (method, place, and time of delivery),
  • All prices must be clearly and unambiguously stated, and it must be clearly shown whether they include taxes and shipping costs,
  • Payment and delivery methods,
  • Validity of the offer,
  • The period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; also, whether and how much it costs the customer to return the item,
  • Explanation of the complaint process, including all contact details for customer service or customer support.

 

Offer of goods

The offer of products in the online store may change and be updated due to the nature of online business. All photographs, including product images, are symbolic. Photographs do not guarantee the characteristics of the product.

 

Payment methods

The online store www.hoplales.si offers the following payment methods:

  • Bank deposit (you will automatically receive it via email after placing the order)
  • Payment via PayPal account. PayPal.com is a secure e-payment provider for credit card payments

You will receive an invoice for the services performed to the email address provided when placing the order or together with the package.

The sales contract (order) is electronically stored on the provider's server. A copy of this contract will be sent to the customer via email after the order is successfully completed. The provider will later make the contract accessible to the customer, and the customer may request a copy of the contract via email at info@hoplales.si.

The provider will then send the requested copy to the customer by mail in written form or electronically to the desired email address.

 

Validity of the offer, prices, and discounts

The prices of products are stated in euros (EUR). The prices listed on the website are valid only for orders placed through the online store. Prices apply to the payment methods listed above, under the above-mentioned conditions. VAT is not charged based on Article 94, Paragraph 1 of the ZDDV-1 (we are not VAT payers).

The provider reserves the right to change prices daily, unless stated otherwise (e.g., during promotions and special discounts). Prices are valid from the moment the customer confirms them during the order process in the online store and are valid until the date of the publication of a new price list.

Prices may change without prior notice.

In case of a price change during the order processing, the provider will allow the customer to cancel the purchase or offer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory.

In the online store www.hoplales.si, there are occasionally posted codes or coupons that offer certain discounts:

  • Discounts may be expressed as percentages, fixed amounts, or as free items.
  • Discounts are valid only if used correctly and in the manner specified on our website.
  • Discounts cannot be combined, as they are always linked to only one order.

The sales contract between the provider and the customer is concluded at the moment when the provider confirms the order and receives it electronically via email. From that moment on, all prices and other terms are fixed and apply to both the provider and the customer.

 

Shipping costs 

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the products in the total purchase. Shipping costs are charged and listed on the order and invoice for the shipped goods and must be paid together with the order amount.
